Membership fees and convention registration fees once paid are non-refundable, as they are committed towards event planning, venue booking, awards and logistics.
If a convention is cancelled or postponed by IMRF, registered members will be given the option of attending the rescheduled convention or receiving a credit toward the next convention.
Refund requests, where applicable, are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
